Cookie Policy

Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 4, 2026

This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies this store uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by websites you visit. They help websites remember you, your preferences, and your activity. We also use similar technologies like:

  • localStorage / sessionStorage — browser storage for app data
  • IndexedDB — for offline-capable storage
  • Service worker cache — for PWA / offline support

For simplicity, we refer to all of these as "cookies" below.

2. Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary (Cannot Be Disabled)

These are essential for the website to function. Without them, you cannot use this store.

  • Authentication: session tokens that keep you logged in
  • Refresh token: HttpOnly cookie used to silently refresh your session (not accessible to JavaScript — security feature)
  • Cart contents: remembers items in your cart between visits
  • Tenant routing: identifies which store (subdomain) you're using
  • CSRF protection: prevents cross-site request forgery attacks

2.2 Functional (Improve Your Experience)

  • Theme preference: light or dark mode
  • Recent searches: shown in the search bar
  • Delivery address: remembered for faster checkout
  • Onboarding state: so we don't re-show intro screens

2.3 Error Diagnostics

We do not use page-view analytics. To find and fix bugs, we record technical error reports and, for a small share of visits and when an error happens, an anonymous replay of the screen. All text on the screen is masked in these replays, so what you type or read is not captured.

  • Sentry — error reports and masked session replays

2.4 Marketing (Currently None)

We do NOT use third-party advertising cookies. We do not track you across other websites. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies:

  • Cloudflare — security cookies (DDoS protection, bot management)
  • Razorpay — only on payment pages, for transaction security
  • YouTube — only if a video is embedded on a page

These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies.

4. How to Control Cookies

4.1 Through Your Browser

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

4.2 Clearing This Store's Data

You can clear this store's data at any time: log out, then clear this website's data (cookies and site storage) in your browser settings.

5. What Happens If You Disable Cookies?

  • You will not be able to log in or stay logged in
  • Your cart will not persist between visits
  • Theme and other preferences will reset on every visit
  • Some features may not work correctly

6. Do Not Track (DNT)

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing extra to switch off when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

7. Updates to This Policy

If we add new cookies or change how we use them, we'll update this policy and notify you if the change is material.
