Welcome to this store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this online store, its app and services (together, the "Store"). By using the Store you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1. Eligibility

2. Who You Buy From

Products on this Store are sold by this store. We are responsible for the products, their descriptions and prices, delivery, returns and refunds. Online payments are handled by our payment partner.

3. Account Use

  • One person, one account. Do not share your account.
  • Do not impersonate others or use false identity information.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders & Pricing

  • Prices shown include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation (email/SMS), not when you click "Place Order".
  • If a product becomes unavailable after you order it, we will notify you and refund the amount within 7 working days.
  • Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any legal reason (e.g., suspected fraud, error in pricing, restricted area).

5. Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and (when available) cash on delivery.
  • Payments are processed by trusted third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We never see or store your full card / UPI details.
  • If a payment fails but money is debited, the amount will be auto-refunded by your bank/UPI provider within 5-7 working days.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Store for any illegal purpose
  • Resell or commercially exploit products without permission
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Store
  • Interfere with security, rate limits, or other users' access
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful content
  • Make fake orders, fraudulent payments, or refund abuse
  • Use bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized API access

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The this store name, logo, product images and descriptions belong to us or our suppliers.
  • You may not use our trademarks or content without written permission.

10. User Content

If you post reviews, ratings, or other content on the Store, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Store.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post false, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Store is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not responsible for losses due to your account being compromised via your own negligence (e.g., sharing password).

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Store shall not exceed the value of your last order (or ₹5,000, whichever is higher). This does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived under Indian consumer law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify this store against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Store or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
  • Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, IP, jurisdiction) will survive termination.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
  • Unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where this store is registered.
  • Consumers may also approach a Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
